Create your Perfect Ampersand Conference Package

There are two DDR Package options available at every venue:


Option One
Tea, freshly brewed Arabica coffee and biscuits on arrival
Mid-morning tea, freshly brewed Arabica coffee and biscuits
Mid-afternoon tea, freshly brewed Arabica coffee and biscuits
Sandwich lunch, served with crisps and fresh fruits
Jugs of iced water, refreshed throughout the day


Option Two
Tea, freshly brewed Arabica coffee and biscuits on arrival
Mid-morning tea, freshly brewed Arabica coffee and biscuits
Mid-afternoon tea, freshly brewed Arabica coffee and biscuits
Finger buffet lunch, served with fruit juices


Clissold House


  • Delegates will arrive and be registered as they enter through the terrace doors into the Hallway
  • The most suitable space for small and intimate meetings and conferences is the New River Room. Up to 30 delegates can be seated theatre-style or in a U shape.
  • The Drawing Room can be utilised during the day for finger buffet or sandwich lunches. The charming space overlooks the park.
  • In the afternoon, the Church Room can be used for screenings or team activities before guests return to the New River room for the day’s final session.
  • An afternoon drinks reception can take place back in the Drawing Room or alternatively in the summer can take place on the Terrace.

East Wintergarden


  • Delegates will be registered as they enter through the revolving doors.
  • Tea and coffee stations can be dotted throughout the main space for use during morning and afternoon breaks.
  • The main space is ideal for conferences, with full use of the giant screen and AV, while the gallery provides an excellent breakout and lunch area if your number of guests suits.
  • Alternatively, sandwich lunches can be served in the back portion of the main space, and the gallery can host private networking and VIP guests.

Guildhall


  • Guests can be registered and given name badges by the entrance to the Livery Hall.
  • The day begins in the Crypts where guests will be welcomed for tea, coffee and pastries.
  • Conferences and presentations can take place in the Livery Hall, with a full projector screen and PA system, for up to 200 delegates theatre style.
  • Sandwich lunches or finger buffets will be served back in the Crypts where guests to enjoy sumptuous food during their lunch break. This space can accommodate up 74 delegates seated.
  • Although the Crypts and Livery Hall combination is the most ideal, Guildhall can accommodate theatre style from 80 in the Basinghall Suite to -760 in the Great Hall

Trinity House


  • Delegates will be registered as they enter Trinity House entrance hall, then guided up the beautiful double staircase to the Luncheon Room. Here tea and coffee service will take place as guests mingle and network in the Court Room.
  • For much smaller groups, the Reading Room can accommodate up to 20 delegates boardroom style.
  • The Court Room can be used during the day for finger buffet or sandwich lunches where guests will have the opportunity to overlook Tower Hill and the Tower of London
  • During the Afternoon the Library can be used for screenings or team activities
  • If you would like a late afternoon drinks reception the Court Room can be utilised again, dressed with poseur tables and a small bar for guests to continue networking before their departure

Tower of London New Armouries


  • The adaptable Meeting Suite and versatile Banqueting Suite are perfect for conferences and away days for both large and more intimate numbers
  • Delegates will arrive by the Courtyard of the New Armouries and entre into the entrance hall where they will have the opportunity to use the cloakroom & register at the registration desk and get a name badge
  • With smaller groups of up to 100 delegates, the Meeting Suite is ideal. The room can be set theatre, boardroom or cabaret style, with tea and coffee stations towards the back of the room. Alternatively the Banqueting suite can be used for up to 150 guest Theatre Style. Both spaces offer AV equipment.
  • Depending on where guests are located during the daytime conference, the other available space will be used for lunch service. Both the Banqueting Suite and the Meeting suite can be utilised for finger buffet and sandwich lunch service while guests mingle and network.

Science Museum (IMAX & In Future gallery)


  • For smaller events, the stunning Director’s Suite, which holds a fascinating display of the Museum’s archives, is an elegant space for the more intimate day or evening conference.
  • Alternatively, the museum is home to the incredible IMAX theatre. This space can accommodate up to 414 delegates and can be hired exclusively for daytime and evening events.
  • With state of-the-art AV and a vast screen for larger than life presentations, this is a space is ideal for day time delegate conferences and meetings.
  • The In Future gallery can be used for a breakout space and is also the ideal location for lunchtime catering.
  • Delegates also have the opportunity to explore the museum during their breaks or even experience the thrills of the motion-ride simulators within the museum.

Whitechapel Gallery


  • The uniquely versatile Study Studio is perfect for daytime conferences and meetings for up to 50 delegates. The light and airy space is equipped with AV facilities and huge windows with tranquil views, providing the perfect backdrop for creative days.
  • After an inspiring morning, delegates will head up to the top floor to the Clore Creative Studio. With floor to ceiling windows, this penthouse studio opens up to a private Juliette balcony with views of the city skyline and is a perfect environment for guests to relax and enjoy lunch.
  • During the afternoon, delegates will head to the calming Zilkha Auditorium. The stage can host a variety of set ups to suit your needs. State-of-the-art AV equipment makes this an ideal space for seminars, presentations and screenings.

Alexandra Palace


  • Meet the team for breakfast in your own onsite pub, the Bar & Kitchen (reserved area or exclusive hire depending on numbers)
  • First session with your group in one of the meeting rooms in the Palm Court Suite or perhaps the Londesborough Room
  • Delegates will have the opportunity to hit 9 holes on the golf course during an early morning break
  • Tea and coffee breaks throughout the day will take place under tropical palm trees in the Palm Court
  • Sandwich lunch or finger buffet lunches work well in the Palace Suite, which can accommodate up to 360 guests seated.
  • How about a company treasure hunt around the park designed to get your team working together? Or maybe a private skating lesson on the ice?
  • In the afternoon, you can return to the meeting rooms for further meetings, presentations and screenings.
  • Drinks and dinner in the Bar & Kitchen provide the perfect end to your day.

Armourers’ Hall


  • Guests can be registered and given name badges in the Armourers’ Hall entrance
  • They will start the day in the Court Room where they will be welcomed with tea and coffees
  • Conferences and presentations can take place in the Drawing Room, for up to 70 delegates theatre style.
  • Sandwich lunch or finger buffets will be served in the Livery Hall. This space can accommodate up 85 delegates banqueting style
  • Alternatively, guests can use the Drawing Room for lunch and the Livery Hall for conferences and presentations during the day.
