John Ellis, Commercial Manager

As the Commercial Manager for Ampersand, John provides full commercial and financial support to the team.
He has worked in a variety of catering posts, including spending several years as General Catering Manager of Guernsey Airport. He joined Ampersand’s sister company Charlton House in 2001 as Chef Manager and worked his way up through the ranks to become General Manager, looking after a number of large catering contracts before taking on the role of Commercial Manager.
It’s an exciting time to be working for Ampersand. Every site we look after presents a different challenge and the company is growing in a very exciting way.

When John isn’t working hard maximising our profits and financial returns, he enjoys listening to music, going to concerts, running and eating out at his local pub.
