The Les Miserables after party in 2012. This was a perfect event, which I was able to thoroughly enjoy not only from an operational standpoint, but creatively too, as I was able to use a lot of creative flair in the preparation.
Homemade Nigerian food, in particular Jollof rice. The dish simply consists of rice, tomatoes and tomato paste, onion, salt, spices and chili pepper, but optional ingredients can be added too, such as vegetables, meats and fish.
Our van once got stuck in masses of traffic en-route to a client wedding, and the power went down at the venue – nightmare! In an attempt to make the best of a terrible situation, we harnessed the street food craze and cooked hotdogs in percolators, dashing to local restaurants to source side dishes.
I would love to learn to fly a helicopter and have the opportunity to see the world from a different perspective.
