It has over 155 rums in its portfolio, and growing, and a varied, delicious rum cocktail list. Paul Williams, the general manager for Rum & Sugar said: “To be recognised by Ian Burrell as one of the best bars to drink rum in London is amazing. London boasts an unrivalled selection of well-stocked rum bars, so to be picked out as one of the best by such a high-profile figure in the world of rum is a great achievement. We’ve worked hard to create a venue that offers a vast and varied selection of rums and rum cocktails, and the right ambience to go with it. Such recognition is testament to the team’s hard work and dedication – and, of course, we agree with Ian Burrell, wholeheartedly!”
