Ampersand wins prestigious catering contract with Historic Royal Palaces
From October 2011, we will provide the public catering services at the Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace and Kensington Palace, which together attract over 3.2 million visitors every year. As part of the contract plans are afoot to launch a new café at Kensington Palace and a destination waterfront restaurant at the Tower of London.

The best of British seasonal produce will be central to the menus at the variety of restaurants and cafes in the palaces, but each will also pay homage to the history and character of the individual setting.
