During that time, we have given work experience to thirty students, who each spend five months with us. The students use this time to develop their management skills, improve their grasp of the English language and enjoy the experience of living in London, not least the great British tradition of going to the pub! They bring great enthusiasm and energy and make a real contribution in the short time they are with us.
Operations Director Martin Dibben and Adam Tallis, General Manager, who coordinates the students whilst with Ampersand, were very proud to attend the latest year’s graduation ceremony in Tilburg and to be welcomed at the ceremony by College Director Jan van Alphen.
Lecturer and Placement Coordinator Jessica Roche said: "We are so delighted with our relationship with Ampersand. Ampersand gives our students some of the best work experiences of any placement, and this year we are delighted that, following the graduation, Evelien Schuren will return to London to take up her first management position with Ampersand at Hampton Court Palace".
